SO!APART - Events for the serviced apartment industry
The annual SO!APART congress is the industry meeting of the world of temporary living in German-speaking countries - as a two-day conference and networking platform, accompanied by a trade exhibition. It brings together the most important representatives of the segment and directly links operators, investors, project developers and service providers. Numerous cooperations, projects and new developments have already been launched here. At SO!APART, the best serviced apartment operations and concepts in the segment are also honoured with the SO!APART Awards. From 2023 onwards, a new event series will expand the range of SO!APART topics.
Co-operation
Co-operation with STR - valid benchmark figures for the segment
Since 2014, Apartmentservice has been co-operating with STR, one of the largest experts for the collection of hotel benchmark figures worldwide. Together they collect what the Federal Statistical Office has not yet done: the daily, weekly and monthly ADR, occupancy and RevPAR indicators. The participating establishments remain anonymous, as only an average of the figures of at least three establishments at one location is used. Operators of serviced apartments can use the free Hotel Survey: Those who regularly provide data on occupancy, ADR and RevPAR will also receive comparative figures from the market in return.
