Arbonia next meets SO!APART - Deep Dive Serviced Apartments

The Arbonia Next Days are an 11-day congress and event programme organised by Swiss building fit-out company Arbonia, which will take place for the first time in March 2025 at the ZENTRALHEIZE in Erfurt's heating plant. Over 2,500 guests from trade, architecture, planning and project development are expected to attend. On 20 March 2025, we are organising an exclusive congress day on the topic of serviced apartments, which will focus on the segment and bring together trade visitors from the industry.

Together with Michaeler & Partner, you can expect exclusive insights into the Austrian serviced apartments market, exciting topics relating to investment and law as well as the first award for the best serviced apartment concept in Austria. SO!APART Summer insight

We are transporting the SO!APART drive into the summer in a short edition: with two to three talks and panels, lots of networking and cool summer locations in different cities. Once a year, as a live half-day event for all those who are also attending the big SO!APART in November or cannot be there. This year at the i Live Campus Living in Frankfurt am Main.

The SO!APART Annual Congress 2025 once again invites the most important industry representatives from the apartment concept segment to exchange ideas and network. The conference will take place at Felix Suiten (Staycity) on Augustusplatz in Leipzig.
